After college, both siblings pursued careers in officiating women’s college basketball, traveling extensively across the West Coast to officiate high-level games.

In 2017, a mutual acquaintance introduced them to pickleball, a sport they initially dismissed as being for “old people. ” However, after a single six-hour session, they were hooked, recognizing the game’s potential and their aptitude for it. Within a week, they entered their first tournament and clinched first place in the 5.
