Growing up in West Hills, California, Gabriel Joseph’s athletic journey began with tennis, a sport he excelled in throughout high school. In late 2018, he discovered pickleball, sparking a new passion that led him to competitive play in 2019. By 2020, his early success propelled him into the professional realm, as he actively participated in both the PPA and APP tours.

His exceptional skills secured him a remarkable ranking, soaring to as high as No. 4 in the world in singles and earning medals at numerous prestigious events. Beyond the competitive arena, he discovered a profound love and passion for sharing his in-depth knowledge of the game with others.

Engaging in clinics and private lessons became an integral part of his mission while competing on the tours. Notably, he has been a dedicated tennis instructor since 2015, and over the past four years, he has exclusively focused on teaching pickleball to clients in Calabasas. His commitment extends beyond personal achievements, solidifying his reputation as both a formidable player and an enthusiastic ambassador for the sports he loves.

Gabe is excited to bring his passion for the sport and his skill to the Calabasas Pickleball Club as the Director of Pickleball. Currently ranked No. 11 in world rankings, Gabriel Joseph continues to make significant strides in the professional pickleball circuit.

His playing style is characterized by aggressive net play and precise shot placement, allowing him to control rallies and outmaneuver opponents. Off the court, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Neeka, traveling, discovering new restaurants, and relaxing at home with dinner and a good show. A fan of tennis star Nick Kyrgios and musical artist Drake, Joseph brings a dynamic personality to the sport.
