Her dedication propelled her to the WTA tour, where she achieved a career-high singles ranking of No.

361 in June 1996. However, a foot injury in 1997 led to her departure from professional tennis. Undeterred, Ewa pursued higher education at West Pomeranian Business School in Szczecin and later at Oklahoma State University, where she played a pivotal role in the team’s Big XII championship victory.

After completing her studies, she dedicated herself to coaching junior tennis players and earned her NSCA – Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification. In late 2021, Ewa discovered pickleball, quickly rising through the ranks to become a dominant figure in the sport. She won the singles title at the APP Sunmed Alabama Classic and secured bronze medals at the 2022 APP Hilton Head Open and the 2023 APP Punta Gorda Open.

Her exceptional performance in the 2023 MLP Challenger League, where she led the Bay Area Breakers to a championship and earned MVP honors, marked a significant milestone in her pickleball career.
